Do you work with Excel and Google Sheets?

Yes, both — including moving between them when it makes sense. We work in whatever your team already uses.

Do I need to know exactly what I want?

No. “This spreadsheet is driving us crazy” is a complete brief. Diagnosing what's actually broken is part of the job — often the most valuable part.

Can you work with confidential business information?

Yes. We're happy to sign an NDA, work with anonymized or sample data, and agree on file deletion after handoff. If your data is sensitive, say so up front and we'll scope the work around it.

Can you improve something we already use instead of rebuilding it?

Usually that's exactly the right move. If your team knows a tool, we'd rather fix it than replace it. Rebuilds are a last resort, not a default.
